    I have 2014 elantra that stall out on deacceleration very intermittent
    t with no codes need any suggestions from a tech. Who has had to battle this failure.1.8 engine,also does anyone know about the feature on the scan tool resetting adaptive values under engine diog.Iam thinking its for idle resetting.

     Maybe a VVT actuator  issue , but simply running the wrong grade motor oil or wrong oil filter can cause issues with variable valve timing.
